Kohr Strategies, LLC, doing business as Success Metrics ("Success Metrics," "we," "us," or "our"), provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit mysuccessmetrics.com, use our free tools, interact with our content, or enroll in our community, courses, or coaching services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, and contact details when you download a free resource, join our email list, book a call, register for a program, purchase a course, or contact us.
  • Account and profile information if you create a login for our community or course area.
  • Content you post, such as community discussion posts, comments, or messages.
  • Information you share with us directly during coaching sessions, work sessions, or correspondence.

Information you enter into our free tools:

  • Financial Readiness Assessment. Your answers stay in your browser while you take the assessment; we do not store them. If you choose to enter your email to receive your full action plan, we receive your email address and a summary of your results (your overall readiness level, your number of strong and needs-work areas, your biggest gap, your timeline, and the concern you selected) so we can send your plan and follow-up emails.
  • Business Vital Signs Snapshot. The figures you enter are used to calculate your report. When you request the report by email, your email address and the figures needed to build the report are sent to our email provider so the report can be delivered, and they are stored with your subscriber record.
  • Testimonial form. If you submit a testimonial, we receive your name, email address, how you know us, your testimonial, and the permission choice you make. We use your testimonial only as your permission choice allows, and we keep the submission as our record of that permission.

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages requested, which our hosting provider records to deliver and secure the website.
  • Information collected by embedded third-party tools, such as our booking calendar, described in Section 3.

Payment information:

Purchases and billing are processed by our payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not collect or store full credit card or bank account numbers on our own systems; that information is handled directly by the payment processor under its own privacy and security practices.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the content, tools, community access, courses, and coaching you have requested or purchased.
  • Send the resources you asked for, onboarding sequences, program updates, billing notices, and educational or promotional emails (you may opt out of promotional emails at any time).
  • Personalize and improve our website, content, and programs.
  • Respond to questions, support requests, and feedback.
  • Maintain the security of our Services and prevent misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website does not use advertising cookies, and it does not currently load analytics or tracking scripts. Some embedded third-party tools may set their own cookies when you use them; for example, the scheduling calendar on our booking page is provided by Cal.com and may use cookies to operate. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how some embedded tools work.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the business, solely to perform services on our behalf, including: Vercel (website hosting and file storage), MailerLite (email delivery and subscriber management), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Resend (notification emails), Google Workspace (business email), Bunny.net (course video delivery), and Stripe (payment processing).
  • Professional advisors, such as accountants or attorneys, when necessary.
  • Authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 7, subject to legal and contractual limits.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain data uses. This may include rights under state privacy laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in those emails; you may still receive transactional or account-related messages.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and rely on the security measures of the service providers listed in Section 4, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to third-party websites or platforms we do not control, such as social media pages. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
