Coaching

One hour a month, and someone in your corner

We meet, look at the month you just had, and pick the one thing worth changing. Then we check what it did. That’s the whole method.

Who this is for

Wherever you are right now

Just exploring

You have an idea and a full-time job. We’ll work out what it would take, honestly, before you spend anything.

Planning your leap

You’ve decided. Now it’s the numbers: what you need saved, what to charge, when the paycheck can stop.

Already in business

Money’s coming in and you still feel behind. We’ll find out which parts of the work actually pay.

How it works

Four steps, then it repeats

Nothing here needs an accounting background. If you can read a lab value, you can read a cash flow statement.

  1. 01

    A free call

Thirty minutes to hear what you’re working on and say whether I’m the right help.

  2. 02

    A look at your books

You send what you have, however messy. I come back with what I see, in plain language.

  3. 03

    Monthly sessions

One hour, one decision. Plus email in between when something comes up you’d rather not sit on.

  4. 04

    You take it over

The goal is that you stop needing me. Most people run their own monthly check-in by month six.

What it costs

Two ways to work together

Single session

One question, one hour

For a specific decision you’re stuck on. Pricing, a hire, whether to take the lease.

What clients say

“Jeremy was super helpful in organizing all my ideas and getting me focused on how to start my own business. I was overwhelmed with the prospect of writing a business plan and figuring out all the finances. Working with Jeremy gave me clarity on what to focus on first.”

“My bookkeeper was great at tax time, but did not understand my business and I wasn’t sure how to get the details I needed to help me grow. That is where Success Metrics came in, helping me figure out how to ask some better questions of my bookkeeper and generate reports that were more meaningful to me.”
