The Unusual Path

I'm a bit of an unusual nurse. My first healthcare role was as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at the age of 18. Then college and grad school took me on a 20 journey in healthcare administration and management—helping startups, mid-sized companies, and large healthcare systems solve complex operational, financial, and strategic challenges.

But despite the success of that journey, I missed something: the direct impact of patient care. So I went back to school, became a nurse, and returned to the front lines where I continue as a clinical leader for critical care transport teams.

Why Success Metrics Exists

As many nursing colleagues began launching their own businesses—private practices, coaching services, wellness programs—I saw the same pattern over and over: brilliant clinicians who were overwhelmed by the financial and operational realities of entrepreneurship.

That's when I realized my unique combination of business expertise and healthcare experience could fill a critical gap. Success Metrics was born to give healthcare entrepreneurs the financial clarity and confidence they deserve.
