This site exists because of two things I've carried through my entire career: a clinical mindset shaped by the desire to change peoples lives for the better, and a business perspective built across health systems, startups, and the messy middle ground in between. Those two things don't always live in the same room, and most of the people I work with feel that tension every day.
My goal is simple: to help you in a way that actually makes sense for where you are right now, not where someone thinks you should be, and not at a cost that puts you further behind. I believe the advice that changes your business shouldn't cost more than your business can afford.
